Multoslip Low Friction Lining

Multoslip Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyurethane is supplied in sheets with or without rubber backing and can be easily shaped or cut to line material storage or handling equipment.

Multoslip Properties:

• Low coefficient of fristion 0.12
• Very efficient sliding ability
• Water repellant - non swelling
• Abrasion resistant
• Impact resistant and does not splinter
• Resistant to corrosive media
• Can be UV stabilised and made antistatic
• Self lubricating
• Good properties at low temperatures (-250°C to 90°C)
• Non toxic
• Machinable to various shapes

Applications

Multoslip is ideal for the lining of surfaces where "hanging up" is a problem and low fristion qualities are needed.

Fixing methods

Rubber backed - Sheets can be effectively glued in places using cold vulcanized adhesive where mechanical fastening systems cannot be used.

Sheets - Various mechanical systems can be used, (some of which are shown below), and the utmost care is taken during installation to achieve best results.
