Multotec is able to design and manufacture polyurethane products specific to your requirements. With the large range of polyurethane materials available, a design and material specification can be put together to best suit your application.
The polyurethane production method enables the use of inexpensive tooling whereas injection moulding methods often necessitate a substantial investment in tooling. Large polyurethane parts can be produced in a premium material without the need to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a mould.
We also have a selection of stock Red 90 shore A polyurethane sheet and rod available either off the shelf or within one or two days. Other material hardnesses and colours are also available on request.
Rod
Polyurethane rods are available from Ø12mm to Ø200mm at 300mm lengths and from Ø12mm to Ø125mm at 1000mm lengths.
Sheet
Spun cast polyurethane sheets are available from 1.5mm to 12mm in thickness at 600mm x 3000mm sheet sizes.
Flat cast sheets are available from 5mm in thickness and our standard sheet size is 1000mm x 1000mm. Flat cast sheets can be cast at larger sizes upon request.
