Wear Liners
Wear liners can be manufactured in just about any configuration to suit your application. Generally we cast the polyurethane to a 4MS backing plate to provide a rigid liner plate that won't allow a build up of product behind it.
We can also provide our own Polycap bolts which incorporate a Ø40 polyurethane head that sits flush with the top face of the liner plate with a M10 cup square bolt to enable ease of fitment. If provided with hole centre details, we can produce the wear liners with corresponding square holes through the steel and Ø40 c/bores through the poly to simplify the installation process.
Alternatively, we can manufacture wear liners with any hole detail you require or blank so that they can be drilled on site.
Below is an example of our Wearblazer style of product that enables the wear of the liner to be easily monitored. Handles can be added to allow ease of handling and are trimmed off after the panel is installed.
