Application
- Discharge chutes of conveyor belts from 440mm(16") to 2400mm(96") wide
- Discharge chutes of screens and bunkers from 400cm(16") to 1200mm (472") wide
- Adapted to suit all bulk materials handling and talling stream applications
Sampling Accuracy
- Uniform cutter speed - maximum 0.6m/s (24"/sec)
- Cutter gap is 3 times nominal top size od material with a minimum of 30mm
- Sampling frequency recommended as per international standard for a particular metal
- Design conforms to ISO,DIN, ASTM, BD or AS specifications as per required.\
Wet Cross- Cut Samplers
Application
- Slurry launders form 400mm(16") to 3500 (138") wide
- Adapted to sample most mineral slurries and liquids in gravity flow circuits e.g. Flotation, CIL, etc. up to 5000m³/hr
Sampling Accuracy
- Uniform cutter speed - maximum 0.6m/s ( 24"/sec)
- Cutter gaps is 3 times nominal top side of material with a minimum recommended of 20mm (0.8")
- Sampling frequency and design conforms to internationally recongnized standards
- Cutter at 90° to slurry trajectory with sharp parallel and adjustment blades
- All client mandatory cutter designs etc, are accommodated and supplied
Construction
- Chain or cambelt driven by geared break motor
- Removable covers for easy access
- Cutter type and orientation custom designed
- Replaceable cutters of various materials ( e.g. VRN 400, 316 stainless steel, Mn steel, etc)
- Proximity sensors for cutters travel limits
