Vibroplast Screen Panels

A patented design with inter-connecting apertures and alternative solid dams of different thickness make the screen panel non-pegging and non-blinding.

The non-pegging and blinding action of theses panels is caused by the differential amplitude of the vertical movements of the solid dams, i.e. the thick and thin dams move relative to each other. This results in an accurate cut-point as there is very little or no sideways deflection of the solid dams. Tests have shown less that 5% oversize in the undersize over an extended period of time.

The different deflection of think and thin dams ensures that the top surface of the panel is not level during operation. This reduces pegging blinding. In addition, every second dam is thick, limiting deflecting, effectively supporting the load and extending panel life.
